Unprofessional; no written estimate provided ahead of time, mechanic showed up and didn’t have the part because the owner didn’t communicate that to him, after which I lost complete trust and canceled the service and then the owner threw his employee under the bus and didn’t take accountability. I assumed professionalism and that didn’t happen here

Had a bad alternator i needed to be replaced, chatted with the manager on the phone and he seems like a cool guy. Since I was a little strapped for money at the time, the manager stayed on the line with me and walked me through the process of figuring out a payment plan! Afterwards, the sent out one of their guys, Carlos. Carlos was very knowledgeable and polite, he performed the repair and notified me of additional parts that were bad on the car, which was missed by a previous mechanics diagnosis. After the new alternator was installed, the car still didn't run, but that was the extent of the job for Carlos, all he needed to do. However, he voluntarily came back the next day to do a code scan on the car when he didn't need to. All in all, pretty good service, would recommend. Especially nice that they come to you.

This is the most unprofessional and worst company I have ever worked with. Spare yourself the issues that will come from this company and avoid them. I ordered a simple inspection from Jordan and was made all sorts of promises about reporting and photo documentation that were lies. When I picked up the vehicle it had dozens of issues that were undiscovered by the "professional tech" that he hired. Steer clear of this awful business.

No Accountability!!! Excuses after excuses after excuses! From the owner down to the mechanic! I put in a work order for driver and passenger upper control arms, and after receiving the bids, I started to communicate with one of the mechanics to verify the labor that's included in the bid not once but twice before I decided to hire the mechanic the mechanic came did half the job. so I got in contact with the owner to make this right and they both try to charge me more money outside of the bid to complete the job. And here I am still with a vehicle that's incomplete. I sent screenshots of the text message of the mechanic and myself verifying what's included in the labor. The owner never tried to make it right even though the mechanic and the owner was in the wrong, and I was being wronged! I cannot believe he suggested that I put in another work order toget the job completed outside of the original bid, that I've already paid for! Absolutely No Work Ethics! Can care less about their customers.

Me and the firm I work for use this service because it saves on cost. There are a few things to be aware of as a consumer. 1. Make sure to have a record of your conversation with the mechanic of your choice, and two, do not pay until the job is done. Ensure there's is a clear understanding of the job and the bid price offer. If you do this, you will find a mechanic that you trust using this service. It will save you THOUSANDS. I have a good relationship with the owner, and he will work to correct any mistakes as long as you have documentation of your issue. The negative reviews here do not match my experiences. Give it a try and take my advice. You won't go anywhere else for repairs again.
